In this webinar, director Sarah Sutherland and associate Anna Coyle focused on a review of recent case law, and practical tips arising from it, as well as the proposed reforms in the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill. The webinar drew on their extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on CIL liability.
