In this webinar, we gave an overview of what “Net Zero” means and considered recent statutory and policy changes in England and Wales that are likely to have an impact on development projects and decision-making. We will cover the practical implications of Net Zero in terms of the types of infrastructure needed to deliver it and how to address the new policy requirements in applications for planning consent.
The webinar focused on practical tips from our extensive experience in the team as well as highlighting potential challenges in this fast evolving area. The session was chaired by Sarah Sutherland (Senior Associate) and presented by Jen Ashwell (Senior Associate) and Alex Minhinick (Director) and included a Q&A section at the end.
