In this webinar, we looked at the detailed story of a s106, from heads of terms in the officer’s report, the extent of land and parties being bound and use of conditions to the detail of obligations and interaction with other agreements. We also covered post completion issues of interpretation, disputes and modification and potential reform. The webinar focused on practical tips from our extensive experience in the team as well as pitfalls to be aware of from recent case law.
The session was led by Sarah Sutherland and Anna Coyle and included a Q&A session at the end.
