In this webinar, we provided an overview of the Biodiversity Net Gain (“BNG”) provisions contained in the Environment Act 2021. We covered what is and what isn’t in force and what this means for development projects and decision-making. We also discussed the recent Defra consultation and consider what this is likely to mean on a practical level.
The webinar focused on practical tips from our extensive experience in the team as well as highlighting what is coming on to the horizon and when.
The session was presented by Senior Associates, Sarah Sutherland and Cathryn Tracey and included a Q&A section at the end.
