ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has wide ranging new provisions including new criminal powers which enable them to more effectively deal with risks to pension schemes and members. In this webinar, we were joined by Erica Carroll, Director of Enforcement at TPR to discuss how the new regulatory and enforcement powers work in practice and reflect on the impact of these on trustees and employers. We also discussed how our Pension Schemes Act Triage Tool can help you to navigate the new powers, in particular focussing on the changes to the notifiable events regime.
This webinar will be of interest to all trustees, pensions advisers and employers.
Personal information provided on the registration form or collected during the webinar will be shared with the webinar organisers and speakers from Burges Salmon LLP and The Pensions Regulator, who will use it to communicate with you regarding this event and for pre- and post-event administration purposes.
