Complex disputes in the public eye II: Leveraging technology and artificial intelligence to get ahead of the game - with FTI Consulting and Monckton Chambers
Join our panel as they discuss the practical and responsible application of technology and AI in complex disputes and how to maximise their value when investigating, managing, and reporting on very large volumes of documentation, particularly in circumstances where review may be sought for different purposes, and with potentially competing legal issues.
The panel will also consider how technology, and in particular AI, increasingly has a substantive role in the fact patterns of disputes. Investigations into “what went wrong” are now increasingly likely to include consideration of the operation of an AI, or other technology, black box. In short – if you can’t see how it worked, how do you prove if, or how, it has gone wrong?
