NPF4: Delivering development in a Net Zero Scotland

This is the first webinar of our 2023 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Webinar series and we kicked the year off with a Scottish-focussed update on the revised draft of the National Planning Framework 4, which is due to be adopted on 13 February 2023.

In this webinar, director Sarah Sutherland was joined by partner Craig Whelton and senior associate Patrick Munro from the Planning and CPO team, who discussed some of the upcoming key policy changes and the practical implications that these will have for developments in Scotland.
