Join us for the next webinar in our 2023 Planning and Compulsory Purchase series where we focussed on the hot topics surrounding Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.

In this webinar, practice development lawyer Sarah Sutherland was joined by Partner, Alex Minhinick, Senior Associate, John Arthur and Solicitor, Olivia Heininger from the Planning and CPO team who shared thoughts on what they consider to be some of the key challenges for projects at the moment.

During the session the speakers discussed the revised draft National Policy Statements and the Government's proposed changes to the DCO process, as well as legal challenges to DCOs including on carbon and climate change grounds.
